Village Hall Hire

East Hardwick Village Hall plays an essential role within the community and is an important venue for village events. It was opened in 1963 by the people of the village for the continued use of the village. It is located on Hardwick Road, WF8 3DU. It is a meeting place for local community events and private functions, and the Parish Council meets there every two months.

FACILITIES
The Hall comprises a large main hall with tables and seating, a separate kitchen and serving area, and toilets. It can accommodate a maximum number of 80 people.  The hall has parking, disabled access and disabled toilet facilities.

The main hall space is large enough to accommodate a bouncy castle for private children’s parties.

The kitchen has a serving hatch opening into the hall.

The village defibrillator is located on the wall at the front of the building.

HIRE CHARGES

The Hall is available for private hire.

Hire Fees effective from 1st September 2026 :

£15 per hour for profit-making organisations (businesses)
£12 per hour for non profit making & charity organisations & private party bookings (£10 for residents of East Hardwick)
Discounted rate for St Stephen’s Church fund raising events.
