Nearest Defibrillator & free First Aid training

Britby First Aid works in partnership with British Red Cross and St John Ambulance on first aid training and education.
They have put together a free page for the area showing the defibrillators in and around East Hardwick, and a free short on-line first aid course covering the basics: spotting a cardiac arrest, CPR, and using a defibrillator.
In research by St John Ambulance, 52% of people said they did not know where their nearest defibrillator was. When one is used within the first few minutes it makes an enormous difference to whether someone survives. They hope that by working with local communities they can improve that.
